Heidi recently returned from a three-month stay in Germany, where she was dog-sitting for five clients. Her daughter, Angelina, runs Refugio Costa Ballena in Uvita, home of the famous Whale’s Tail. Heidi is happy to share details about the top-notch accommodations available for volunteers, and there may even be an opportunity to schedule a memorable work-and-play adventure. She lives in Manuel Antonio and enjoys reading, working with perros y gatos, and practicing the art of astrology. Born in Costa Rica, Heidi is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. Her musical tastes span a little bit of everything. As for what she looks for in a partner, the list of likes and dislikes is far too long to include here—it might just require a flash drive.
